Project Pitch Video
Submission Deadline
Apr 13 (Tue), 23:59 KST
Please prepare your project pitch video with voice-over in the following format:
- Video format: mp4
- Max video length: 150 seconds per person (if your team has two people, you get 300 seconds).
- Resolution: 1920x1080
In the project pitch video session, your video will be just played, and you won’t be able to speak over the video.
Title Slide
Start your video with a title slide.
- Download the template and fill in your project information.
- Title slide template: Link
- Show the title slide at least 5 seconds at the beginning (you can start your narration from the title slide).
- Feel free to add your photo (actually recommended!) and change the layout of the title slide.
- Check out your project ID in slack.
Content
Include the followings in your video:
- The motivation of the work
- Problem definition (Input, output, training data, supervision provided, expected results.)
- [Research Track] Previous work and the novelty/technical contributions of the proposed idea
- Key technical ideas
- [Development Track] Expected challenges in the implementation
- [Research Track] Any components getting help from external collaborators
- [Development Track] Any components using existing codes
- Timeline (Be specific as much as possible.)
- Powerpoint slide show recording
- Zoom recording
- Adobe premiere (You can download from KFTP.)
- OBS studio

Example: CVPR 2019 Oral Session 1-1A
These are 5-minute long videos, and you need to prepare a 2.5-minute long video.
(But you don’t need to show any experimental results.)
Penalty
- No submission: 20% penalty in the project evaluation (There is no late day.)
- Wrong video format: 5% penalty in the project evaluation
The wrong video format includes:
- wrong video file format,
- wrong video resolution,
- no narrration, and
- exceeding the allocated time.
Award
You will be asked to vote for the best project pitch.
The best pitch will be awarded up to a 10% bonus in the project evaluation.
