All sessions (including the check-in session) are mandatory. You will get a 20% penalty in the project evaluation if you are absent from any session. Your attendance will be checked at the beginning, end, and middle of each session.

Poster Session Logistics

• Check your presentation date below. You will play a role of a presenter one day and a questioner the other day. Note that your project and the other projects reviewed by you will NOT be presented on the same day. When you are not presenting (playing the role of a questioner), find the projects you are reviewing and ask questions in detail (check the other posters as well).
• On the date when you are presenting, you must be on standby in front of your poster during the entire session and waiting for questioners.
• As a presenter, please prepare a 1-2 minutes pitch. Questioners may bump into posters and ask presenters to “introduce your project”.
• The instructor will stop by each poster with the schedule below (subject to change).
• All discussions during the poster sessions must be done in English.
